I am a published author of 3 fiction novels and have a Bachelors and Masters degree in Social work. I have predominantly worked in the area of Mental Health and Addictions. This includes trauma, anxiety and depression, couples conflict, parent/teen issues, and children exhibiting extreme behavior issues. My current passions are Neuro-Science and Neuro-Psychology. I am currently working with children utilizing a Neuro-sequential Model of Therapeutics in assessing how trauma, abuse and neglect have influenced early brain organization and development. I am trained in EMDR and I have recently begun collaborating with my daughter Jada, an RMT and yoga instructor to bring together physical. spiritual, and emotional wellness in a holistic way. I am available for telehealth sessions through Lakeshore Health.
